Things Change
I was wrong. You were right. Things change, change a lot and when you come back hoping that it is the same, you get utterly shocked by the pace with which everything's moved. Everything changes, yes it does. The first time we met, there was this ecstasy and excitement, unknown which was deep laid in my heart, and then triggered by you and your acts. It's been just a year, and it seems like a long long time ago. A Long Long Time Ago, you treated me as a vulnerable, delicate morning glory, Glorious and Full of Delicacy, Scared that I might Wither, scared that someone’s cruel fingers might squash the life out of me. I was Touched. Reborned. Loved. I loved it. It felt like you knew what I wanted, What I needed, and I too could understand you.
Now, I do not know how I feel. I can no longer guess what your laughter means, or your expressions. I can no longer find out what the traces of skin and wrinkles in your face stand for when you frown or even when you smile. It seems like there is a big emptiness between us, a silence brought by the silent, massive distance which sets us apart. A Big Silence hauled by the difference of your routine and mine. A Big silence that hung over us, every night after we make love. A Big Silence which we both embrace then sleep into, turning our backs to each other. I feel lonely, surprisingly, when I see your smooth back facing me and then I envelope myself in that loneliness, that longliness, dreaming about those long lost and forgotten vibes, the ecstasy and the excitement. Life seems mundane now. You are gone, with your cluster of friends to play a game of Soccer, and here I am on your bed, playing another game, between my heart and head, deciding, weighing whether it is worthwhile trying to bring back our lives together. I do not know, what is terrible- watching you play with your friends (which I have heard about and fantasized a lot) or simply waiting for you in your messy room with a headache and a Gastric Problem.

These four magical letters
As I hear it
Something triggers, sets off sparks and rocks
In me, in you, in everyone
An unexpected, unconditional warmth
Lights up your heart
Face lit up, cheeks blushing red
Desirable feeling comes from
God knows where.
I have never known love
If love is a chocolate
I will but the whole factory
Eat every piece of it,

If love is alcohol

Empty the every bottle on earth
